Bought two of these bikes to carry two bikes to an evening event and they worked great! This kit comes with 3 AAA batteries and worked without any issues throughout the entire ride which lasted about 3 hours. It's pretty simple, just an on/off switch that flashes the lights. They quickly "fall out of step" so they appear to be blinking randomly and are nice and bright. The single cord wrapped around the top tube, head tube, down tube and seat tube, then ran back down the top tube and secured securely with just a few zip ties. The brake cable running under the top tube was unaffected, and placing the bike in a bike rack on the car didn't damage the cord. We've received many compliments on our headlights and will likely be adding a second set to every bike next year. Highly recommended!
