I like that it's very customizable for both client/customer-specific needs as well has an open system to allow users of all levels access, from high up business decision makers through to end user applications such as sales reps or customers themselves! A bit difficult getting used to at first but once you get into the swing (ha ha) things work out great with this software & your employees will be happy too. Having multiple people managing our website design projects makes life easier when working within teams who each have different strengths / abilities. We've been able solve problems faster than if we were doing everything manually ourselves which saves us time overall. It would also help give more consistency across various project managers so they don't feel left behind not knowing what exactly others are seeing etc. Sometimes there can still be minor discrepancies between how one person sees something compared to another - however these usually resolve quickly via emailing back n forth rather then waiting longer periods without.
