I have used many seat protectors and even with that I am frustrated that I cannot get them flush with the seat - there is not always a gap between the seat and the protector especially at the bottom. I don't want the belt to go around the middle of my seat for it to work. I ended up only using it on the side my 6 year old is sitting on hoping my 9 year old doesn't destroy the back of my seat. I will say they feel a bit thicker than some other brands and don't rip in a few weeks like others.
