As a diabetic with endema issues, I always look for better solutions to control swelling. The Newzill short compression socks I purchased are truly incredible at keeping my feet and ankles from swelling. I use a knee high stocking if i'm going to be sitting for any length of time, ie, car travel, plane, couch potatoing etc. If you are normally active but need some compression for your feet and ankles, I can highly recommend this product.
