Review on Immerse into Explosive Warfare with Call of Duty: Black Ops II on Nintendo Wii U by Antonio Liu

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Either you really like it or it's the worst thing in the world.

Year after year I hear the same thing about Call of Duty. Either you love it dearly, or it's the worst thing ever created and you hate it and wish it never existed. Well, I'm the rare exception in the middle. I like the fact that the Wii U version of this game offered an almost complete experience. I love that they've managed to include a nifty take on zombies in the game and that there's a solid multiplayer experience. My issues with this game stem from the fact that there just aren't enough players for a fully immersive online experience, and Activision's servers make the matchmaking issue worse. I want to commend them for the single player campaign and the fact that it pays off easily. Overall I give this game 3 stars. Simply put, it's a good version of Call of Duty on the Nintendo console, but it still falls short compared to its Microsoft and Sony counterparts.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Out of style
