These shoes are very thin, good thing I ordered width 10.5 E, usually I have width D. The insoles are sewn in, which is not good, they are very thin and not supportive. They really should be detachable. A word of advice: rubbing alcohol relaxes the skin, spray all over the toe, wear thicker socks and walk in them and you can stretch enough to put in better insoles for better support. .
