Very good pillow if you hate neck pain!

Very practical! I like that it doesn't get too hot on warm nights and doesn't freeze on cold nights. It really helps me sleep - I fall asleep much easier using this pillow than not using it. This allows your head to sink more than a regular pillow, but not so much that you collapse. And when you move, watch TV, or sleep, the memory foam reshapes itself - you'll still be comfortable. It really helps relieve the neck pain I've always suffered from with most pillows unless I'm lying down properly. I'm not set on a good path with this pillow - I can basically sleep the way I want to. Worth the $30 I paid.
