Review on Precisely by Mike Davan

I love how easy it is to upload pictures, and customize my proposals. It has been very easy for my clients to read and approve. There are a lot of bells and whistles and features to learn when using this software. After being a freelancer for over 20 years, I have seen many platforms come and go. But Precision Contracting has done an excellent job of staying current by adding new features. This helps new users get started with an intuitive interface that will be easy to use in a day or so. I would like to see a way to save specific layouts for different customers. Maybe add a folder system. The only downfall in this program to date has been the lack of customer support (I did my best since I joined). Other than that, great product and worth every penny! We like that we can make our proposals look similar to ones from industry professionals. In addition, we also like that we can easily send them out digitally. I like that it's so easy to navigate through all of our contracts in one place! It also has some great features for sending out mass emails (to everyone or just specific people). Nothing at this time but everything seems very thorough as far as functionality goes. We are able to easily keep track of changes made by multiple contractors/employees within each project we have using precisley.
