I bought this because it's very was lightweight, had "flat" ear cups with no cups, and was what I've been looking for all day when using multiple connections between my laptop and cellphone at the same time. The sound is very good and the microphones pick up the sound clearly when making calls. The noise cancellation is also excellent. I need to be able to hear what's going on around me, but not allow my conversation partner to hear the sounds around me. Now to the problem. The audio doesn't work with the laptop all the time, even if it's only connected to the laptop. It stays connected, but the audio cuts out frequently. I have to press the volume button to bring it back. This is a known manufacturer issue for which no solution is available. However, this doesn't work with my tablet or other devices I use. I haven't tried this with Zoom meetings as they are too important to lose the audio for even a few seconds, but I expect this will do the same. Pairing and connecting is easy. I have a habit of turning off Bluetooth on my phone when I need to concentrate on something I'm browsing, then turning it back on when I'm done. It took a while to figure it out, but it's easy to plug back in without having to power cycle or re-pair. Overall this is a very good headset and if you like the real flat ON EAR headset I would like to recommend this. Hope this all helps.
