Does the job. Easily fits one person. They are about 1/2 inch thick foam with lightweight fleece glued to it. There is adhesive on both sides, so you need to peel off the packaging bubbles from the back when unpacking. Recommended anchors are command lines. Although there is adhesive on the back (just sticky), the command strips do not stick. I ended up leaving the command strips on the back of the boards and on the walls overnight to help them stick before putting the boards back on the walls. You are still on your feet. hope they stay. The quilt blocks remain without pins. They get 4 stars for ease of use and the fact that they work. I find them too expensive compared to what they are made of. I couldn't take a large piece of insulation board home in the car to make my own, so this was my best bet. In addition, the size allows you to customize your own board. My available space was 78 inches and wide along the length of the wall, which is hampered by storage cabinets. So I used 6 boards out of 8 I bought (4 boards in 1 set). 3 is 72 inches wide and about 65 inches long. Perfect for my space. I will use the other two boards to set up individual units closer to the sewing area.
