This foot massager works well and the heating feature is a nice plus. The massage effect on your feet is definitely strong enough. You can feel it in the arches of your feet. The heating starts out slow but works and is certainly good enough. I love that programs run on a timer so you know when to stop lol! Otherwise, it can stay on for several hours. As for the shortcomings, the power cable and especially the remote control cable are a bit short. The remote control cable is about 2 feet long, maybe less. It's kind of annoying for me. I wish I could just sit back and hold the remote to change programs etc. start a program and lean back in my chair. The power cord is longer - maybe 4 feet. Depending on where you use it, you may need an extension cord. If you can live with a short remote control cable, you'll love it.
