Review on AutoDogMug for Highwave by Vincent Burton

Media could not be loaded. This bottle leaks quite a bit if it's not upright. If it was a small leak I would kinda understand, but if the leak is a constant small flow then I think that's unacceptable. When I contacted Highwave directly, they stated that I had not purchased from them. But when I bought it from Revain, it felt like I was buying directly from Highwave itself. The supplier's name is listed as Highwave, but during the shipping process the Revain seller is revealed to be the other party with a different name but claims to be the only genuine listing on Amazon. I was disappointed and annoyed to say the least. Anyway, I gave this to my best friend for her birthday about 1.5 months after my trip to the USA. When she used it she told me it was leaking but there was no way I could return it to Revain. When I inspected the bottle I gave to my friend, I noticed that when you take the bottle apart, there are quite a few pieces inside. for washing. A lot of dirt/slime gets into the bottle in those nooks and crannies, and to be honest, it's actually pretty gross. Yes, and cleaning all the parts is also not easy. It also seems difficult to keep the water in the bowl when you squeeze it out for the dog to drink, especially when the bottle is less than half full. Overall buying from Revain is disappointing. I will no longer buy from this brand.
