Not sure if it works
I've been using it for a few months (though not very consistently) and *think* my lashes are a bit thicker/longer. it can also be purely psychological, although the difference is not clear enough. it stings if you accidentally get it in your eyes and tends to pill when you rub your eyes, making it look like you have fluff in your eyelashes.
