Not because they don't work, they work great! I just spend too much time there playing Asteroids and Super Mario. I plug in one to charge while I play with the other. Then I turn them all off when I go out. No one has fallen on me yet. The only complaint I have is that they "feel" light and flimsy. I tend to hold the controller tighter than necessary when the music speeds up, leading me to believe I could just snap it in half. Didn't happen. Probably won't happen. But if it ever happened I would buy the exact same ones because I'm happy with them.
