These are great if you have long hair and don't want to tuck your ponytail into regular hats. I just put my hair in a low bun and pull it straight inwards. They move from side to side. I put it right on and before I know it it's out of the way. I just adjust it when I put on my mask and face shield before going to the patient. I work in a hospital uh.
