I've tried 3 other cat litters. New step, Dr. Elseys, BoxieCat and this one. I said it was 2nd of 4 with BoxieCat taking Gold and Fresh Step in the end. It didn't always absorb moisture, so the bottom of the box stayed wet and slid like crazy. It smells like perfume but not as horrible as Fresh Step but still disgusting because I hate that smell. At least it covers the smell of feces and urine. The worst thing is that it doesn't absorb right away, my cats paws get wet and when it walks around the house it leaves a wet white stain on things and is VERY difficult to remove from fabrics. I wouldn't buy this again.
