arrived when said: my feedback

once they arrived i opened the box and began placing where I needed them. I turned on each one to the blue color light and covered each solar top to make sure light came on. 10 of the 12 worked as they should, 1 was only allowing the white light to come on and the other did not allow any light to come on. I allowed it to be in the sun light today (from first light till after 3pm) to make sure they charged, and nothing changed on these 2 that were not working correctly.
