I received my Sirius set with the radio for Christmas. I used it (note the past tense) mostly in my cars. He had a great reception (at first) but unfortunately that was the only good review. Two weeks later the power switch broke so I had to pull out a cigarette. Cigarette lighter adapter to turn off. Then the fun started. The device suddenly hung up and all buttons worked. The only way to get it working again was to unplug the power and plug it back in. Then the device loses the information about which station it is on, and the information becomes a kind of binary code from Mars. Pull the cork. Then, for no apparent reason, it started losing signal despite showing full signal strength. He then started logging (no signal to deck block), which again had to be reset by pulling the power cord. He did it first thing in the morning when it was cold, when it was hot, anytime, anywhere. Then it's ok for the day. It got so bad today that I unplugged the device and knocked it off the freeway lane divider at 70 mph. I thought it might just be this device, but I see that it was removed by Sirius when (I heard) it was retired. I'm starting to think these are just Sanyo products as we had to change working cell phones twice (both Sanyo). I'm also the only person I know who has a Sirius and has had problems with their tuner. Anyway, I'm looking at a new device now, but I'll never buy a Sanyo again.
