I have a Note 10+ so it's a big phone! . The only other option is clear plastic cases with drawstrings, but these are actually intended for use near water. I love knowing that I can see my phone behind the lanyard whether it's in my purse or lying around, and I can also clip the lanyard. for security if I want in my wallet. And of course I can wear it around my neck like on a recent cruise or in Vegas, which just adds more security and easy access for taking photos or answering calls. I bought a couple of straps to match my phone case but the ones they provide are of high quality. They were very easy to set up, the adhesive in my phone case stayed intact, and I have no problem with the charging cable or wireless charger. I'm glad they give you the extras and recommend you bring some extra glue and a rubber pad with you when you travel. Totally my fault for catching the strap and breaking the black loop recently but it was a lot of force so not surprising.
