Plastic on shoulder strap is broken. Cannot use anymore. What should I do

The plastic that attaches to the shoulder strap is broken. Cannot use anymore. Will you pls send me a new shoulder strap. I will appreciate that. I can use the bag then. As I spoke to the representative Dennis from ebay. He said they do not have sellers information, as a result cannot get me the strap. So before one purchase the bag be careful. The plastic is very flimsy. Once broken cannot be replaced. I gave only 1 star.
