Wipers don't work well. Installed Trico 24" and 17" wipers on my Cadillac CTS. When moving down, the wipers clean the windscreen of water, but when moving up, the wipers leave a trail of small drops and streaks of water that obstruct visibility. These windshield wipers remove water from the windshield in one pass and return the water droplets to the windshield on the reverse pass. I would not recommend these wipers! Item eligible for a full refund ONLY IF I have returned the defective wiper in the original packaging AND the wipers have not been used. You have not read my review and complaint - I am returning these wipers because I have tried them on my car and they do NOT work! How or why can I return something as defective if I haven't tried it first? Who keeps the packaging of the wipes? Poorly designed product followed by poor customer support.
