Review on 🔪 Henckels 4-Piece Steak Knife Set: Superior Steel End Cap, Sleek Black Design by Kimberly Jain

I love Henkel's knives - they replaced my wonderful 40 year old 10 inch kitchen knife for free. So when I needed paring knives I thought I would not only support them but also get an excellent product. The problem with these knives is that the handle is awkward. The main reason for this is the very sharp edge that my index finger comes into contact with. but it's still uncomfortable and makes me feel like I'll end up cutting my finger. Other knife manufacturers have chosen to avoid this problem, but not Henkels. I like their other knives but I wouldn't buy this expensive and cumbersome knife for re-cleaning veggies.
