We selected these knives to add to our collection of steak knives to accommodate large groups for grilling steaks. They look good and feel good in hand. Cuts meat easily and better than our original set.

Received these steak knives today and tried them on a fillet of beef. The first cut didn't impress me, it ripped more than it cut. These knives have a great feel and weight, but I'm not kidding when I say my old 10-year-old Walmart steak knives cut much, much better.

We have always been fans of JA Henckels products. We have just received the steak knives and we really like them as they can be cleaned in the dishwasher if needed. Work really well too as I use them for pretty much everything. Both are a big plus for my family. We also just received new kitchen shears which we love. We can definitely recommend these knives!

Absolutely LOVE these. For those of us who haven't made the switch to ceramics yet, they are beautiful and durable. I've been using Henkels for almost 20 years now. So many good reviews on them and I can't say enough good things about them. If you have small hands they feel great and are a good weight. If you have medium to large hands, the curved end of the handle will hold you straight in the palm of your hand. When I ordered a pair of these 3" Henckel paring knives I didn't realize there was no index finger guard between the handle and the blade. The back edge of the blade is sharp and I've got mine first use sustained a small cut. looks dangerous to me and two of them go backwards. the handle is also bulky for the size of the knife. it's wide and square in shape. blades and some like it but i like it I don't want to return not only the knives but also the missing finger guard I would not recommend…

I love Henkel's knives - they replaced my wonderful 40 year old 10 inch kitchen knife for free. So when I needed paring knives I thought I would not only support them but also get an excellent product. The problem with these knives is that the handle is awkward. The main reason for this is the very sharp edge that my index finger comes into contact with. but it's still uncomfortable and makes me feel like I'll end up cutting my finger.
