It doesn't work at all.
I bought this because the video shows it works great. The reality is often disappointing. Basically, the bottom of the sleeve doesn't have enough length to protrude beyond the material you're attaching it to, so after installation the whole thing just falls apart or leaves you with jagged metal cracks - and if you clean the jagged parts then the sleeve will fall apart . I think this could be a good product if the grommets were higher.
