I am using this app for almost 1 year now. The support is great, they are always there when you need them. Sometimes it can be slow but that's because of the amount of users. If you have questions about the app, just ask them, they'll help you right away! It is very easy to use and understand. If you don't know how to do something, just ask them and they will guide you through everything. It is a good tool to keep track of inventory and purchase orders. This helps me keep track of what items are needed and where I should send them.
