Sole separated from the shoe after 2 weeks of use!

Let me explain the low rating. Although they are very comfortable, they started falling apart after 2 weeks of only walking on smooth concrete. The sole is separate from the boot. Contacted customer service who told me to use super glue. After the second email they said to me "Hi, sorry, these shoes are custom made. The factory didn't make it and we don't have it in stock. Kind regards,". Returning is not an option as Covid-19 restrictions prevent me from returning to APO. I will vent my frustration with the Revain AZ warranty. UPDATE: Customer support ended up offering a refund from 70% on.
