Overall, this is an excellent speaker. It's definitely above average in terms of sound and build quality. In fact, it's probably the best built-in speaker out there. Very stable, durable housing - no cheap plastic. It was very quick and easy to connect to my iPhone. Make sure you turn the volume on your phone all the way up, then adjust the volume using the knob or buttons on the speaker. It looks stylish and neat. No big logos/names. Sitting on a table or shelf, it looks like something from Apple or a premium device manufacturer. Notes: - Excellent bass. There is a regular subwoofer at the bottom of the speaker that works well. - Loud output. The biggest issue with most Bluetooth speakers is volume. It can be VERY noisy. - Difficult conditions. It is heavy and remains stable in an upright position. - HUGE battery. It easily played all 8 hours of my workday in my office without any problems. - Looks great! It's not tasteless like many units. It's large, black, and has the usual speaker grille texture, except for the back where the hardware buttons are located. The buttons are very unobtrusive. This is done to simply disappear into the environment. Will look good anywhere. It also has a detachable strap that is very durable and looks great. - USB-C charging port. No more fragile Micro USB cables that break easily. - The buttons are large and easy to press.
