Review on Channergy Omni Channel Manager by Terrance Fisher

I like that it's so easy to navigate through all functions with out having too many options or choices at one time! It has helped us be more organized when managing our retail store inventory as well helping keep track for sales tax purposes also makes things much easier in knowing if we are missing something from an order/pickup etc which helps save money by not forgetting anything!! Nothing really but maybe some minor issues would help make this program better overall such being able understand what each function does even though there may have been instruction manual available online you still need clarification sometimes since they change them around often. We use Channergy OMCM primarily because its user friendly plus everything can stay within their website instead going into different programs just adds confusion especially during busy times where staff needs assistance quickly without needing extra training needed. !
