The ease to use and configure our system.The ability to have multiple users (both internal and external) with different roles working in one single project or task.I like that I can easily create new tasks/projects and assign them to different people for execution.It's easy to get used to it because of its user friendly interface. It has helped us greatly by providing better visibility into what we are doing and when things are due. We also realized how much easier it was to manage projects without having to rely on emailing everyone.
