The printhead was installed according to HP and seller instructions. After installation the printer didn't even try to clean the printhead or nothing immediately showed up on the error screen like some others who have bought these printheads. Printhead problem Problem with the following printhead: Black/Yellow [K/Y], Magenta/Cyan [M/C] I think if you buy these heads you will either get good or bad, these printheads are damaged or missing. I think I will contact the seller and buy another one under the HP brand.
