I was trying to take care of the original printheads that came with my printer but got to the point where they ran out. That's why I bought these printheads. They both printed, but it turned out that the black and yellow printhead printed with very poor print quality. I have followed the steps suggested by the seller to no avail. The seller sent a replacement print head and it worked! Great communication and help getting my printer working again!

Instant ERROR in Printer Parts & Accessories

The printhead was installed according to HP and seller instructions. After installation the printer didn't even try to clean the printhead or nothing showed up immediately on the error screen like some others who have bought these printheads. Printhead problem Problem with the following printhead: Black/Yellow [K/Y], Magenta/Cyan [M/C] I think if you buy these heads you will either get good or bad, these printheads are damaged or missing. I think I will contact the seller and buy another one…

The email explaining some common error codes was excellent. I cleaned the contact surface with an eraser.

Product worked as advertised, email explaining some common error codes was excellent. I cleaned the contact surface with an eraser before installation and had no problems. This is a real money saver, will soon be purchasing a set of seconds for my daughter's printer. Thank you for this product.

I wish it would work better!

I had my doubts about getting a remanufactured printhead for my HP but read good reviews; my fault! Received and installed very quickly. After installation, my printer kept trying to align and failing! My copies had streaks and looked very unprofessional for the prints I needed. I wrote to the company and they responded very quickly and gave me some corrections for the print quality! It got a little better, but they never lined up and I had to open and close the cartridge door just to start…
