Review on FASTPRO by Tom Oberhue

I was looking forward to using FASTPRO for my newest do-it-yourself project, but my interaction with their online store left a lot to be desired. There was a lack of variety and the quality I was seeking in the products they offered, despite their assurances that they understood the requirements of both amateur and expert DIYers. Both their power and hand tools appeared and felt flimsy and poorly built. I had a hard time justifying a purchase because I found their prices to be higher than those of similarly reputable companies. When I attempted to voice my dissatisfaction with their service, I was met with silence and indifference. After dealing with FASTPRO, I felt let down and angry. If you're in need of high-quality tools for your next endeavor, I wouldn't suggest shopping here. Don't waste your time or money on FASTPRO when you can get greater results elsewhere.
