I tried it and really wanted it to work. It's important to note that my poor rating is not related to the sound. This baby sounded "really" good, especially when I turned and adjusted Treb & Bass. It sounded really good. It filled my home office and I walked it around the rest of the house and could still hear it clearly. I don't know what other people complaining about the sound are talking about. That thing sounds good. I had the following problems: 1. I think I received the returned product because you can tell when the packages that were supposed to be sealed aren't even sealed and things just fall out, also one of the speakers had obvious scratches, scuffs, the I could probably live with that. 2. and this is what i couldn't live with and the reason for my return. I bought a device for USB/SD function. I have over 700 songs on SD and I enjoy listening to them, but not in order - every time. This unit has a song repeat button on the remote, but it doesn't have a feature or function (at least that I've been able to find or read) that lets you shuffle the music. (NO SHUFFLE? WTH) So if you have 10 or 100 songs, play 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. instead of 1, 4, 20, 32, 2. So. No shuffle, I can't use it.
