I didn't expect this to work so I didn't think about taking before and after until after 4 days of use. My feet aren't that bad, but they feel like scales on soft skin and can be embarrassing. Now I don't have to wear socks unless my feet are in shoes. Use it for less than 2 weeks. Perfectly absorbed. Didn't do any special cleaning. Just my usual shower cleaning. Only used once or twice a week to stay soft. Definitely recommend. I wish I had taken a picture beforehand.
