I've been using it for years now and I can honestly say that there is nothing to dislike about the product. I've had a lot of experience with OCR, and this product has saved me from many a headache! It's very user friendly and easy to use. They have really made their product stand out by adding in a whole bunch of new features recently as well. Their support team are always willing to help you no matter what time or day you need them. The only thing I don't like is that they tend to be quite expensive. There are other products where you can get similar functionality for free, but sometimes you just need the extra security and peace of mind that comes with paying a bit more for the quality you want. We're able to detect product tampering and fake reviews very easily with SightEngine.
