Review on TEKTON 5541 2 Ton Power Puller by Steve Linquist

When I received them I thought they were good quality and sturdy. I used them twice, stretching the small trees I cut and tightening the fence netting. When I used them a second time I found the following: - The plastic/rubber handguards keep falling off which is very annoying - The metal handle/lever gets bent when pulled - The metal casing surrounding the gear/spool , is bent - The cable will tie - very, very difficult to detach the coil under tension. I've used them twice in total. Once I put it on some sort of chain link fence and they worked fine, once I cut down a tree and they basically fell apart. I wouldn't recommend it for any use close to the £2000 rating.
