So my daughter and all her friends are turning 16 this year. I saw it for the first time and bought it to give to my daughter. She liked it so much that I bought several at once. This is exactly what teenage girls like - a tiny and delicate bracelet made of thread with small beads. It doesn't have to be something you'll have forever, but it's very cute. This is a bracelet that you tie around your wrist and leave there until it falls off. A typical sweet 16 gift these days seems to be a gift certificate, but I just hate not giving a small gift. So we wrapped it in gift envelopes along with our gift card. All her friends really seemed to love her. My daughter says they wear them to school.
