These bushings work but the compression takes a little getting used to
I have thin hands, so after measuring I ordered a small one (I didn't choose the small size following the size chart). The sleeve felt very tight for the first few days but by the third day I got used to it and it really helped my sore elbow. I don't wear them for more than 3-4 hours at a time (I just get tired of feeling tight) but plan to do so soon. I will update my rating if comfort changes.
