Review on Short Retractable USB C Cable - Cable Matters (3.3 ft) - USB C to USB C Retractable Cable by Daniel Espinoza

I didn't realize other reviews mentioned that it seemed big. It's huge. Below is a traditional retractable cable for comparison. This easily takes up 5 times the volume. Someone pointed out that the cable could be thicker due to the increased power. I compared it to other high wattage USB-C cables and this one is twice as thick - why? Also, the forks are ridiculously big - again, why? Although it seems to be working.
