Very pretty and well made. I don't know if they were polished after sheet metal stamping or just cut with high quality stamping, but there weren't any burrs or anything like that. (Note: I returned my purchase but that is only because I ordered the wrong size which turned out to be too long for my shirts. The return process was easy and painless, 1+)
