Tip broken in transit
I suspect it was wrapped so tightly that the tip broke off. I used a hot tip to glue it back but now it looks pretty wrong and unsightly with a visible crack. Edit: The company decided to send the damaged product back to me to replace with a new product. So I've decided to downgrade my rating to 5 stars. Excellent customer service.
