If this item bears even a semblance of resemblance to the packaging it came in, I have no doubts that as a well thought out and well made product it will last. The tag arrived in a sturdy shiny box which was opened to reveal a nicely placed tag, leather strap and stainless steel cord. It's just as elegant and functional as I had hoped! Contains 2 inserts: red and white. There are a few minor/easily fixable downsides which I list below: PROS: - Sleek design, yet unique enough to still be an obvious identifier when looking for your bag - A well-tailored leather strap feels so durable on like the strap. steel cable. - The connector on the cable is not a standard item, it is a beautifully designed smooth oval shape that makes even a steel cable look elegant. - Customer service is top notch! After I placed an order for Revain, Matt, Product Manager, emailed me thanking me for my purchase. He sometimes signs his emails as "Chief Happiness Officer" - which is great. CONS: Very prone to fingerprints. Both the stainless steel lid and the shiny paper inserts you write your information on get dirty. The template on the tag does not match the hole in the tag holder exactly. I've included an image where I've blocked the top half of the information displayed (as well as the bottom line above). But you can see the line doesn't match the hole. However, if you register on the Talon Tag website (there is an information card in the package), you can get more PDF templates for inserts and print your own.
