I like how easy it is to use for my team! It’s great that we can see everything in 1 place so there isn't any confusion about what needs posting or scheduling etc...
If you are looking at an option similar but not as robust this may be worth checking out too - if nothing else just to compare features/functionality options available (we were given some free time with our account when they first launched which was nice). We love being able to have every post set up automatically by using their built-in tools rather than having them manually scheduled each week ourselves via Hootsuite / Buffer ect..
