Returned item received in poor condition.
The shelf I received appears to have been returned in new packaging. Plastic bags for small items are already torn. Some plastic parts are broken when received. I had to glue a few pieces together to be able to use them. Metal wiring is thin and one panel is warped (probably why a previous buyer returned it). It is very bad practice for this seller to ship returned items to a new buyer without quality assurance.
Pros
- The design of this storage rack is very simple and requires no tools to assemble.
Cons
- Packaging is ugly
