Great Product - Easy To Use Interface
The only thing I dislike about this software is that it sometimes takes some tweaking to get everything just right for you but once all set up its great! It makes scheduling so much easier than doing by hand or with other programs out there.
We are able to send our schedules automatically which saves tons of paper work every week when we have staff meetings. This has really helped us keep track of what needs done each day as well as making sure everyone gets their assignments in order before they start working next business morning.
Pros
- Easy program, very intuitive interface; good support team too if needed.it's nice having help available through phone calls/emails whenever necessary..and quick responses from both technical department AND customer service rep!!:)
