Disappointing Cuticle Care Product
Based on my observations, this nail care product fails TO deliver on its promises. Although it appears to moisturize cuticles it does little to prevent hangnails. The smell is overpowering and lingers long after application .On the plus side, the packaging is attractive and the product is easy to apply. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone seeking effective cuticle care..
