Fast and easy teeth whitening!
I spent a lot of time researching teeth whitening products before I discovered that hydrogen peroxide is the main ingredient in all those teeth whitening kits that we advertise in $20, $30 and sometimes even $50 see dollars . After I brush my teeth, I rinse my mouth with regular hydrogen peroxide (you can get this at any grocery store or dollar store) and turn on the LED light for 10 minutes. I stick to this routine 2-3 times a week depending on how much coffee/dark liquids I drink. TDLR: Just buy the + some good hydrogen peroxide for the quickest and cheapest results.
