Excellent Service, Knowledgeable and Helpful
IOMARTS's team are dedicated professionals who take their job extremely seriously but have excellent customer service skills - they always go above & beyond! Their knowledge base of products means there’s never anything too much trouble with them when it comes time implementing solutions or upgrades across multiple platforms (AWS/Azure).
We don't currently use all 3 aspects that other customers do however we're looking at adding in Azure Automation soon which will be great as well once this works seamlessly within AWS via API connectors etc like VMWare Cloud Foundation does now so no issues here either way yet.. But overall nothing really came up about having used another provider before working together wiuith us though not sure if maybe due some previous relationship? So can only assume yes otherwise would say its good value-for money product offering by one very experienced vendor compared against others out There anyway.
- They are very knowledgeable and the product has good features and serviceability
- Not much to dislike really just wish it was cheaper, especially if you have multiple platforms to deal with as well as Azure Automation which is a whole new world for IOMARTS to get their head around now too
