The best thing about this software for me, personally as I am using it to manage my patents in USPTO database; there are many useful features like auto-fill of information from other databases (like Google Patents) which saves time when searching through hundreds or thousands of documents at once! It's also very easy to use by anyone with basic knowledge of computer programs/software applications such as Microsoft Word etc., so no matter how little experience you have - whether beginner level user / self taught individual who has never used any kind of program before but wants help managing their own intellectual property assets, they will be able to get up speed quickly without needing much guidance. There isn't anything that really comes across negatively towards the product itself because everything works well together seamlessly. This means if one part breaks down due to some technical issue then another can.
