The battery life is amazing. I fell asleep with them one day and when I woke up they were still on (needs to be charged). It's comfortable enough to lay on either side of me on my bed and won't fall out when I'm lifting weights at the gym. The noise cancellation is definitely not at the level of the Airpod Pro, but you still hear audio at a low level. For the price, this will definitely get the job done, and the Bluetooth 5.0 capability ensures a more stable and reliable connection to your phone. I've noticed that headphones with the older Bluetooth 4.2 technology occasionally skip music when running or jumping, or disconnect altogether. Bluetooth 5.0 technology has none of these flaws. Recommend headphones if you are on a budget!
